Our full management package means that
the Landlord can step back from their property and let Apricot do all the
work. In fact, you need never meet the tenants unless you want to. Our
full management service includes full inventories, the notification of the
relevant authorities of the change of tenancy, regular inspections and the
supervision of maintenance and repairs. We ensure that your property
is well maintained and will set a figure for your expenditure that will not
be exceeded without your approval. A statement of account will be sent to
you on a regular (monthly) basis.
